Things You Need to Know


At Aquarius Bath and Body, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again.  That is why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent.  Below you’ll find a list of our policies.  If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

Shipping:  Items will be shipped up to 3 business days after receipt of order.  We obtain a tracking number for all packages sent out.  Your package will normally be delivered within 2-5 business days, after we have shipped your order.  With the current post office strikes causing havoc with deliveries, amongst other things, we ask you to please be patient.  We have no control over your parcel once it has left us.  If you have not received your order after 10 days, please let us know so we can contact the carrier to track down your order.

Please be aware that the items we sell are fragile.  We pack our items very carefully, but we have no control of the package once it has left our hands. If an item is broken during shipping please contact us and provide pictorial evidence.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact, and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.


Once a refund request is received by us, we will notify you that we have received your request.

The issues prompting your request will then be investigated.  Pictorial evidence is required in the event of product damage or failure. 


If you are completely unsatisfied with your product, we offer replacement items (for unused items).  

Please note: you will be requested to pay for shipping if a replacement is necessary, without this payment a replacement cannot be shipped.  Used products will not be replaced or refunded.

If we agree that a refund is necessary it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment, debit/credit card or PayPal account, this may take several days to action and your bank or PayPal account may take up to 7 working days to process this refund, please be patient.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an agreed refund after 10 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends), first we would suggest checking your bank or PayPal account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

This information is used only for the purpose of processing and shipping your order and is never passed on to third parties without your express permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products 100% vegan?

Absolutely!  We are animal lovers.  It is especially important to us that no animal is harmed, or their by-product used in our soaps, body butters, bath bombs, etc.

Are your products 100% gluten and nut-free?

Gluten-free Yes, nut-free No.  Although nuts are not used in the production of our products, we do have nuts on the premises from time to time, so we cannot guarantee that our products have absolutely no traces of nuts.

Your products smell and look delicious. Can I eat your products?

No.  Though it is tempting, our products are NOT edible or suitable for children under 3 years old.
