Place in a corner of the shower away from the main stream of water and sprinkle a little water on the steamer to release the fragrance.   This fragrance is fresh and invigorating and can help soothe the airways when you have a cold.  Depending on shower usage and flow of water, one steamer can last up to 6 showers.

Do not let the wet steamer touch the skin, eyes or other mucous membranes, as menthol is very strong and not meant for bodily contact.  If contact does occur, wash off with clean water and seek medical advice immediately. May make surfaces slippery.
